Incredibly soft New Zealand leather with individual knife/utensil pockets, rolls up and fastens with Italian veg tan straps. Your knives will be protected with the softest piece of leather over the blades that lifts up when in use, and when rolled is easily carried around with a sturdy contrasting veg tan handle.
