Very nicely designed Soviet era table medal commemorating the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery in what was then called Leningrad. Close to half a million people are buried in the cemetery, more than 400,000 of them being civilians of the city who perished in the siege of Leningrad during World War II.

The medallion is in a plastic case, it is most likely removable but I have not wanted to try to force it out.
